The changing seasons and holidays can be difficult. Being constantly busy, feeling lonely, fatigue, coping with symptoms, supporting our relationship with food and body, changing our wardrobe and picking outfits for special occasions, this season can be a lot. Thats why I am offering individual coaching sessions through the beginning of January. We will meet for 45 minutes and can work on whatever you need! Want support with connecting with your body? We can do it. Need guidance with supporting symptoms, we can dedicate our time to that. Want to talk about how to deal with family and friends, unwanted comments and holding your boundaries? I would love to support you with some skills to make it an easier experience. Sessions are offered Tuesday through Friday with limited evening appointments available. This pays for one 45 minute individual session.
