i help people with pcos and chronic illness
live in peace with their body.
sometimes it feels like it is one step forward and two steps back.
You have probably tried every diet and not lost “the weight.” Spent all day trying to eat everything right only to get hit with cravings and eat half a box of cereal before bed. My clients feel shame over the shape of their body, over the hair growing on their chin and belly, the acne they can’t control, and the hair that’s thinning on top of their head. Your body doing too much of one thing and not enough of others. Whether they are dealing with PCOS or another set of symptoms they feel like their body is broken. PCOS and their body gets in the way of the life they want in so many ways. They feel like they aren’t the kind person they want to be, the type of person the world has told them they need to be. The world has told them they are too fat, too broken, too out of control.
Maybe you feel like they’re failing at looking and functioning like a normal woman. Maybe you are exhausted trying to control and fix your body and PCOS. You aren’t alone if you believe would could never love and accept your body. And you might be pretty certain no one would love and truly accept you back.
I’ve been there when depression, anxiety, and feeling obsessed with fixing my body, fixing your body, is controlling every moment of every day.
Like my clients, you deserve to find peace while living with PCOS. Accepting and loving your body is not out of your reach. If you want to live without shame and fear I’d love to help you get there. You don’t have to suffer. I see you for how hard you are trying. I see all the good and beauty and peace sometimes before you do. You are truly seen here. And I want to help you see what I see.
