Body Peace is a 6 week online group that will explore and support your relationship with your body. Over 6 weeks we will cover beliefs about your body/life with PCOS, making peace in a fat phobic culture, grieving what you wish you had, acknowledging the body you do have, learning to listen to your body, building trust, and so much more. This group offers education and so much emotional support for the many ways PCOS affects us and encourages us as we learn to live with peace with ourselves in a body that might feel foreign or unwanted.

Each group is kept really small so that you get lots of individual support from me along with support from your peers. This combo is practically magic. You also get support through out the week and after group is over through a private group chat. Not only will you have the chance to change your relationship with your body but gain relationships with others who truly get it and are here for you!

As always I practice from a HAES (Health At Every Size) and Body Liberation foundation so this group remains a shame and judgment free space.

$400 for 6 weeks / 3 payments of $133 that will be automatically charged every 2 weeks.
